The Maclear €15 Welcome Bonus is a one-time reward for new investors who make their first investment of €50 or more within 7 days after registration. The bonus is automatically invested as a separate position in the same project. No activation or manual claim is required.

What the Welcome Bonus is and how it works

The Welcome Bonus is a one-time investment reward available to every new investor on Maclear. It gives new users a head start on their first investment and runs alongside the platform's other bonus programs: the Referral Bonus, Loyalty Bonus, and the €500+€30 investment promotion.

The bonus amount is €15 and is automatically invested as a separate position in the same project you invested in, not as a free balance credit. This means the €15 earns interest at the same rate and on the same repayment schedule as your main investment.

Qualifying conditions

Three conditions must be met simultaneously:

  • The investment must be placed in the Primary Market — Secondary Market purchases do not qualify.

  • The investment amount must be €50 or more.

  • The investment must be placed within 7 days after registration.

The 7-day window starts from the moment your account is registered, not from the date of KYC completion. Complete verification and make your investment promptly to avoid missing the window.

When is the Welcome Bonus credited?

The €15 bonus is automatically invested in the same project as your original investment. It appears as a separate investment position in that project. There is no need to request the bonus, activate it, or contact support — the process is fully automatic.

Does the Welcome Bonus apply to Secondary Market investments?

No. The Welcome Bonus applies only to investments made on the Primary Market. Purchasing positions from other investors on the Secondary Market does not qualify, regardless of the amount or timing.

What if my first investment was placed but the project never reached Funded status?

If the project does not reach its funding target and is closed as Not Funded, all Reserved funds — including the €15 Welcome Bonus — are returned to your Available balance automatically. The bonus is not lost: it simply reverts to your balance along with your original investment.

Note that the 7-day eligibility window does not reset. If you reinvest those funds in a new project and the window has not expired, the Welcome Bonus will apply again to the new investment. If the window has already closed, the bonus will not be re-credited.

Can the Welcome Bonus be combined with other bonuses?

Yes. The Welcome Bonus is independent of other Maclear bonus programs. If your first investment is €500 or more in a native project, you qualify for both the €15 Welcome Bonus and the €30-per-€500 investment bonus simultaneously. Referral cashback also applies if you registered via a referral link. Each bonus is calculated and credited separately.

Can I withdraw the Welcome Bonus immediately?

The Welcome Bonus is invested as a position in the project — it follows the same repayment schedule as your main investment and is not added directly to your Available balance. You will receive it as part of the regular monthly repayments, or you may sell the position on the Secondary Market after the 30-day resale restriction period.

Maclear doesn't allow manual IBAN entry — a new account registers itself through an incoming deposit. Any amount qualifies, including a €1 test transfer (the €50 minimum applies only to investment deposits). Once the sender name matches your profile, the IBAN auto-appears in the withdrawal dropdown. Previous IBANs stay listed — no limit on verified IBANs.

Why did my Maclear verification fail and how to fix it?

Maclear verification rejections usually trace to document quality (expired, blurry, cropped, photocopied), unsupported types (only passport, national ID, or residence permit accepted), or selfie issues (poor lighting, glasses, low resolution). Most cases resolve by retaking on a smartphone in good lighting and resubmitting immediately. Driving licences and neobank statements aren't accepted.

What documents are required for Maclear verification: ID, proof of address, and scan rules

Maclear verification has two parts: identity (KYC) and proof of address (POA), processed via Sumsub. Accepted ID: passport, national ID, residence permit — valid and not expiring within one month. Accepted POA: government, utility/telecom, bank, or lease documents from the last 3 months. Neobank statements need manual review; photocopies are always rejected.

Can I use Wise, Revolut, or a neobank to deposit funds on Maclear?

Maclear accepts SEPA deposits from Wise, Revolut, N26, and other neobanks on the same terms as traditional banks — same-name account required, €50 minimum, 1–3 BD processing. Once credited, the IBAN auto-registers for withdrawals. Neobank statements are not auto-accepted as Proof of Address — contact support first if it's your only POA option.
