Maclear processes all withdrawal requests within 1–2 business days. After processing, eurozone transfers typically arrive within 1 business day. This means the total expected time from request to receipt is up to 3 business days.
If you submitted your withdrawal request today or yesterday, no action is required — the transfer is likely still within the normal processing window.
For transfers outside the eurozone, your bank's standard processing times may apply on top of Maclear's 1–2 business day processing period.
How to check your withdrawal status
Before contacting support, verify the following:
Go to Deposit / Withdraw in your Maclear dashboard and confirm the withdrawal request status shows as submitted.
Check your bank account, including pending transactions.
Confirm that the receiving IBAN is the same account you normally use. If you recently added a new IBAN, verify that it was selected correctly.
Check that your bank is not applying additional processing delays (public holidays, account restrictions, or non-SEPA routing).
If all of the above look correct and 3 business days have passed since submission, proceed to contacting support.
How do I contact Maclear support about a missing withdrawal?
Email support@maclear.ch and include the following details:
The amount and date of the withdrawal request
The IBAN to which the withdrawal was sent
A screenshot or PDF of the withdrawal confirmation email from Maclear
The support team will trace the transfer with Maclear's banking partner and provide an update. Response times are typically 1–2 business days.
Can Maclear cancel or reverse a withdrawal in progress?
It depends on the status shown in your withdrawal list in Deposit / Withdraw.
If the withdrawal shows status Pending — it has not yet been submitted to the bank. In this case, cancellation may be possible. Contact support@maclear.ch immediately and specify the amount and date of the request — the team will advise whether it can still be stopped.
If the withdrawal shows status Approved — the transfer has already been submitted to the bank and Maclear cannot cancel or reverse it. If the transfer has left Maclear's account and has not appeared in your bank, contact your bank directly with the transfer reference number provided by Maclear support.
What if the withdrawal is still showing as pending in my Maclear account after 3 business days?
If the withdrawal status in your dashboard has not changed to processed after 3 business days, this may indicate a delay on Maclear's side. Contact support@maclear.ch and describe the situation — include the amount, date, and a screenshot of the pending status. The team will investigate and update you directly.
Can I withdraw to a different IBAN if my main account has issues?
Yes, you can withdraw to any verified IBAN registered under your name that has previously been used to make a deposit to Maclear. To add a new IBAN, make a deposit from that account first — it will be automatically registered. See Article for the full process.
