Maclear Form A link is not working: how to resolve

If the Form A link is not working on Maclear, the most common cause is that KYC or POA verification has not been fully completed, or your first investment has not yet been made. Check your verification status first. If all steps are complete and the link still does not open, contact support@maclear.ch.
Why Form A appears and when
Form A is a compliance document confirming that you are the beneficial owner of the funds you invest on Maclear. It is signed through the external service Skribble and is required before you can make a second investment.
The Form A signing flow is triggered after your first investment. At that point, a banner appears across several pages — Overview, Deposit / Withdraw, and Referrals — with the message:
"Please sign the Form A to confirm your ownership of the invested funds."
Clicking the banner opens a pop-up containing the link to Skribble. The same pop-up appears when you click Invest Now on a project page or Create Strategy on the AutoInvest page.
Until Form A is signed, further investments and AutoInvest are blocked. Deposits, withdrawals, and the referral link remain available.
Step-by-step: how to access and sign Form A
Confirm that KYC verification via Sumsub is complete.
Confirm that POA verification via Sumsub is complete.
Make your first investment — either on the Primary Market or Secondary Market .
After the first investment, navigate to Overview, Deposit / Withdraw, or Referrals.
Click the banner "Please sign the Form A to confirm your ownership of the invested funds."
In the pop-up, click the Skribble link and complete the electronic signature.
What to do if the Form A link does not open
If you click the banner and the Skribble link does not open, or if the browser shows an error:
Try opening the link in a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Disable any browser extensions that may block pop-ups or redirect links.
Check that your browser is not blocking third-party cookies, which Skribble may require.
Try on a different device — phone or computer.
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact support directly: support@maclear.ch. The support team will send Form A as a document attachment by email.
Why is the Form A banner not visible on my account?
The Form A banner only appears after you have completed KYC, completed POA, and made your first investment. If any of these steps are still pending, the banner will not be displayed. Log in to your account and check the status of each step. If all three are marked as complete but the banner is still not visible, contact support@maclear.ch.
What happens if I sign Form A but it is not confirmed on Maclear?
Skribble sends a confirmation to Maclear automatically once the signature is complete. If your account still shows the Form A banner after signing, allow a few minutes and then refresh the page. If the banner remains after 30 minutes, contact support@maclear.ch with a screenshot of your signed Skribble document.
Can I invest without signing Form A?
You can make exactly one investment before Form A is required. After the first investment, all further investments and AutoInvest are blocked until Form A is signed. Deposits and withdrawals remain available regardless of Form A status.
What if I did not receive a Form A email from Skribble?
Form A is not delivered by email — it is accessed directly through the pop-up on your Maclear account after your first investment. If the pop-up does not appear or the link inside it does not work, contact support@maclear.ch.
