Maclear credits €30 for every €500 you invest in a native project on the Primary Market. The bonus is applied in complete blocks of €500 — partial blocks do not qualify. The maximum bonus per project is €300. The number of eligible projects is unlimited.

How the bonus is calculated

The bonus works in blocks. Every time your investment in a single project reaches the next multiple of €500, you receive another €30. The amount below the next €500 threshold does not count until you top up.

The €300 cap applies per project. Investing beyond €5,000 in one project does not increase the bonus further. Each new project resets the cap.

How and when the bonus is credited

The €30 bonus appears in your My Investments section of the account as a separate bonus investment in the same project — alongside the original investment that triggered it. It is credited in Reserved status immediately and moves to Invested once the project reaches Funded status.

The bonus investment earns interest at the same rate as your original investment for the remaining loan term.

What if I invested €900 and only received €30?

This is correct. Your €900 investment contains one complete block of €500, so you receive €30. The remaining €400 does not qualify for a second bonus. Adding €100 as a separate investment will not help — investments in the same project do not combine. Each investment must exceed €500 on its own to qualify for a bonus block.

Does the bonus apply to Secondary Market purchases?

No. The promotion covers Primary Market investments only. Secondary Market purchases do not qualify.

Can the €30 bonus be combined with the Loyalty Bonus or cashback?

Yes. If you have reached a Loyalty level, you receive both the project bonus and the loyalty rate addition on the same investment. Referral cashback also stacks independently. All three are calculated separately.

When exactly does the bonus appear in my account?

The bonus appears in My Investments immediately after you invest — in Reserved status. It moves to Invested automatically once the project reaches Funded status.  If the project is already Funded and the bonus has not appeared after a few business days, contact support at support@maclear.ch with the project name and investment date.

What if I invested in several projects but only received one bonus?

Bonuses are calculated per project, not across your total portfolio. An investment of €500 in Project A and €500 in Project B qualifies for €30 + €30. An investment of €300 in Project A and €200 in Project B qualifies for nothing — neither project reaches the €500 threshold. The same logic applies within a single project: two separate investments of €300 and €200 in the same project do not combine. Each individual investment must exceed €500 to qualify.

How to add or change your bank IBAN for Maclear withdrawals

Maclear doesn't allow manual IBAN entry — a new account registers itself through an incoming deposit. Any amount qualifies, including a €1 test transfer (the €50 minimum applies only to investment deposits). Once the sender name matches your profile, the IBAN auto-appears in the withdrawal dropdown. Previous IBANs stay listed — no limit on verified IBANs.

Why did my Maclear verification fail and how to fix it?

Maclear verification rejections usually trace to document quality (expired, blurry, cropped, photocopied), unsupported types (only passport, national ID, or residence permit accepted), or selfie issues (poor lighting, glasses, low resolution). Most cases resolve by retaking on a smartphone in good lighting and resubmitting immediately. Driving licences and neobank statements aren't accepted.

What documents are required for Maclear verification: ID, proof of address, and scan rules

Maclear verification has two parts: identity (KYC) and proof of address (POA), processed via Sumsub. Accepted ID: passport, national ID, residence permit — valid and not expiring within one month. Accepted POA: government, utility/telecom, bank, or lease documents from the last 3 months. Neobank statements need manual review; photocopies are always rejected.

Can I use Wise, Revolut, or a neobank to deposit funds on Maclear?

Maclear accepts SEPA deposits from Wise, Revolut, N26, and other neobanks on the same terms as traditional banks — same-name account required, €50 minimum, 1–3 BD processing. Once credited, the IBAN auto-registers for withdrawals. Neobank statements are not auto-accepted as Proof of Address — contact support first if it's your only POA option.
