What stays the same after changing your email?

Changing your email address does not affect any other part of your account. The following remain fully intact:

  • KYC and POA verification status — no re-verification required

  • Form A — does not need to be signed again

  • All active investments and their schedules

  • AutoInvest strategies and settings

  • Loyalty status and bonus history

  • Transaction and deposit history

  • Referral links and referral rewards

  • Your new email address will be used for all future login attempts, notifications, and platform communications.

    No. Changing your email address does not affect your verification status. Your KYC, POA, and Form A remain valid after the email is updated.
