When is the Maclear referral bonus paid out and when can you withdraw it?

Maclear referral and cashback bonuses are credited to your account balance automatically, immediately after the relevant project reaches Funded status. No manual claim is required. Once credited, bonuses are available for withdrawal or reinvestment at any time, subject to the standard minimum withdrawal amount of €50. There are no caps on the total bonus amount you can earn or withdraw.

When is the Maclear referral bonus paid out?

The referral bonus for the inviter and the cashback for the invited investor are both triggered at the same moment: when the invested project transitions from Prefunded to Funded status. This is the point at which the loan is disbursed to the borrower and Reserved funds become Invested.

Two conditions must be met for the payout to occur: — The invited friend has completed KYC verification. — The project reached Funded status within the invited friend's 90-day window from registration.

If both conditions are met, the bonus appears in your account balance immediately — no delay, no manual processing. You can view it in the Overview and Referrals sections of your dashboard.

Important edge case: if the invited friend's funds were placed in Reserved status before day 90, but the project reached Funded status after the 90-day window closed, no bonus is credited to either party. The qualifying date is the Funded transition, not the reservation date.

When can I withdraw my Maclear referral or cashback bonus?

You can withdraw your referral or cashback bonus at any time once it has been credited to your account balance. The only requirement is that your total available balance meets the standard minimum withdrawal threshold of €50. The bonus is treated identically to any other available funds — it can be withdrawn to your registered IBAN or reinvested in a new project.

How long do I earn bonuses from friends I referred to Maclear?

You earn referral bonuses from each qualifying Primary Market investment your referred friend makes during their first 90 days after registration. Once the 90-day window closes, new investments by that friend no longer generate bonuses for you. The program does not renew — it runs once per referred investor from the date of their registration.

If you invite additional friends, each new referral starts their own independent 90-day window from the date they register.

Are there limits on Maclear referral and cashback bonuses?

No. There are no minimum or maximum caps on referral or cashback bonuses. Every qualifying investment generates a 3% bonus regardless of the investment amount, and all bonuses are credited in full to the respective account balances. You can invite an unlimited number of friends, and each referral runs independently with no ceiling on total earnings across the program.

Can I reinvest my referral bonus instead of withdrawing it?

Yes. Once credited to your account balance, a referral or cashback bonus is treated identically to any other available funds. You can use it to invest in a new project on the Primary Market, include it in an AutoInvest strategy, or leave it in your balance until you are ready to deploy it. No separate action is required to make it available for investment.

Does the referral bonus appear in the Maclear tax report?

Yes. Referral bonuses and cashback are recorded as separate line items in your Maclear tax statement: referral earnings appear under Referrer Reward Income, and cashback appears under Cashback Return.
