The Maclear cashback bonus is a 3% reward credited to new investors who registered using a referral link or code. It applies to every qualifying Primary Market investment made within the first 90 days after registration. The cashback is credited automatically in EUR to the investor's account balance once the relevant project reaches Funded status. No separate activation or application is required.

Who qualifies for the cashback

Two conditions must both be met to receive cashback:

  • You registered on Maclear using a referral link or by entering a referral code during registration.

  • You made an investment on the Primary Market within your first 90 days after registration, and that project reached Funded status within the same window.

    • Investors who registered without a referral link or code are not eligible for cashback — the referral connection must be established at the moment of registration. It cannot be applied retroactively.

    What is the minimum investment amount to receive Maclear cashback?

    The minimum investment to qualify for cashback is €50 — the same as the platform minimum for any investment. An investment below €50 is not possible on Maclear, so in practice every valid investment within the 90-day window qualifies for cashback, provided the project reaches Funded status in time.

    Does cashback apply to Secondary Market investments?

    No. Only Primary Market investments qualify. Purchases made on the Secondary Market do not generate cashback, regardless of when they are made or whether the investor is within their 90-day window.

    When does the cashback bonus appear in my account?

    Cashback is credited only after the project changes status to Funded. If your investment is still in Reserved or the project is in Open or Prefunded status, the cashback has not yet been triggered — it will appear automatically once funding is confirmed. You can track cashback amounts in the Overview and Referrals sections of your Maclear account.

    Is the Maclear cashback bonus included in the tax report?

    Yes. Cashback is recorded as a separate line item in your Maclear tax statement under Cashback Return — the total amount of cashback rewards received within the selected reporting period. You can download your tax report from the Statements → Tax section of your account.
