The Maclear 3+3 Referral Program pays 3% to the referrer and 3% cashback to the invited investor on every qualifying Primary Market investment made within the invited investor's first 90 days after registration. Both bonuses are calculated per investment and credited automatically in EUR once the project reaches Funded status. There are no caps on the number of referrals or the total bonus amount.

How the bonus is calculated per investment

The 3% is applied to each individual investment amount, not to a cumulative total. Every time the invited friend's invested project reaches Funded status within the 90-day window, both bonuses for that specific investment are triggered and credited separately.

Example from the knowledge base:

— Friend invests €10,000 in a project → project reaches Funded → referrer receives €300, friend receives €300 cashback.

— Same friend invests an additional €50,000 in another project within the same 90-day window → project reaches Funded → referrer receives €1,500, friend receives €1,500 cashback.

Total for the referrer across both investments: €1,800. Total cashback for the friend: €1,800.

Does the referral bonus apply to Secondary Market investments?

No. Only investments made on the Primary Market qualify. Purchases on the Secondary Market by the invited investor do not generate a referral bonus for the referrer and do not count toward the invited investor's cashback.

What counts as a qualifying investment for the referral program?

Three conditions must all be met simultaneously:

  • The investment was made on the Primary Market.

  • The investment was made within the invited investor's first 90 days after registration.

  • The project reached Funded status — this is the crediting trigger, not the date the investment was Reserved.

    • The third condition creates an important edge case: if the invited friend's funds are placed in Reserved status before day 90, but the project reaches Funded status after the 90-day window closes, neither the referral bonus nor the cashback will be credited. The qualifying date is determined by the Funded transition, not the reservation date.

    Can I earn referral bonuses on multiple investments from the same friend?

    Yes. There is no limit per referred investor. Every qualifying Primary Market investment the friend makes within their 90-day window generates a separate bonus for the referrer and a separate cashback for the friend. The program continues across all their investments until the window closes.
