How to restore 2FA code?

- If you save a 16-digit code or QR code, rebind it in the Google Authenticator app, and it will start generating a new code. Please delete the previous code in your 2FA app for security reasons once you have set a new one.
- If you can't log in and did not save the 16-digit code or QR code, please email info@maclear.ch. You will be asked to fill in the Email Verification Code. Next, it is required to upload the requested ID information to verify your identity.
- It might look like an unnecessary formality, but the 2FA code is critically important. Therefore confirmation of the user's identity is required. After identity verification, the user's Google Authenticator will be unbound within 1-5 business days.
