Step 1:

Download the Google Authenticator app on your phone.

For iOS users: find "Google Authenticator" on the App Store.

For Android users: find "Google Authenticator" on Google Play.

Step 2:

Enable 2FA.

Log into your Maclear account.

Click the avatar in the upper left corner to see the

“Personal settings” page.

Find Two-factor authentication (2FA) at the bottom of the page and click on the toggle to enable 2FA.

Step 3:

Next, you will see a Two-factor authentication (2FA) window with a 16-digit code and QR code. Please save your 16-digit code and QR code in a safe place. You will need this code to recover access to your 2FA if your phone is lost, stolen, or if data is erased.

Step 4:

Having saved your secret key, please do the following: open the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone, click "+" icon and enter a new code. Then scan the QR code with your phone camera - Google authenticator for Maclear will be configured, and a 6-digit code will be generated.

Step 5:

Finally, enter the 6-digit code shown on your phone into the 6-digit box, and click the Enable button to complete.
