How to download your Maclear tax statement: what data is included

Maclear provides a tax statement in PDF format that you can generate directly from your account for any period you choose. It covers all key income and expense types — interest, referral rewards, cashback, bonuses, and secondary market results — and is available at any time from Statements → Tax in your dashboard.

To download your tax statement, go to Statements → Tax. Select the start and end date of the reporting period — or use one of the quick filters (Today, Yesterday, Current week, Current month, Last month, All time) — and click the download icon. The PDF file will be generated and saved automatically.

What information is included in the Maclear tax statement?

The tax statement includes the following fields for the selected period:

  • Interest — total interest paid on your investments.

  • Cashback — total cashback bonuses received as an invited user who registered via a referral link.

  • Referrer reward — total referral rewards earned from investments made by users you referred within their first 90 days after registration.

  • Bonus investments — total bonus funds applied to investments.

  • Secondary market profit — income earned from Secondary Market sales.

  • Secondary market loss — losses from Secondary Market sales.

  • Secondary market sale fee — total fees paid on Secondary Market sales.

  • Actual investments (not repaid yet) — the total amount of investments that remain active as of the end of the period.

  • Total investment for period — all investments made during the selected period.

  • Total balance — your account balance as of the last day of the selected period.

    • Can I generate a tax statement for any time period?

    Yes. You can select any custom date range using the Start date and End date fields, or use the quick filters: Today, Yesterday, Current week, Current month, Last month, or All time.

    How long does it take to generate and download the tax statement?

    The statement is generated instantly — as soon as you click the download icon, the PDF file is saved to your device. No waiting time required.

    How often can I download the tax statement?

    There are no limits. You can generate and download the statement as many times as needed, for any period.

    Can I request additional documents for my accountant?

    Yes. If you need additional documentation beyond the standard tax statement — such as invoices — contact support@maclear.ch and the team will prepare them upon request.
