What is the Maclear Referral Program and how does it work?

The Maclear Referral Program lets investors earn a 3% bonus on every Primary Market investment their invited friends make during the first 90 days after registration. The invited friend receives a 3% cashback on their own investments during the same period. Both bonuses are credited automatically in EUR to the respective Maclear account balance once the relevant project reaches Funded status. No manual action is required from either party.

How the program works

The program operates in two parallel tracks that run simultaneously for the same 90-day window:

— Referrer track. You share your referral link or code. When a friend registers using it and invests on the Primary Market, you receive 3% of each investment they make within their first 90 days on the platform.

— Invited investor track. Your friend, having registered through your link, receives 3% cashback on every Primary Market investment they make within their own first 90 days.

Both bonuses are calculated per investment, not per total balance. Each time the friend's invested project reaches Funded status, both bonuses for that investment are triggered and credited.

When does the Maclear referral program period start after registration?

The 90-day window starts on the date the invited friend completes registration — not the date of their first investment or KYC completion. The clock runs from day one of account creation. Investments made by the invited friend after the 90-day window closes do not qualify for referral or cashback bonuses, even if the friend remains active on the platform.

One important edge case: if a friend's funds are placed in Reserved status before day 90 but the project reaches Funded status after the window closes, neither the referral bonus nor the cashback will be credited. The bonus is calculated based on the date the investment transitions to Funded, not the date the funds were reserved.

Your referral link and code become available after completing Proof of Address (POA) verification. Before POA is confirmed, the Referrals section is visible but the link is not yet active. To find your referral link once POA is complete: open the Referrals section from the dashboard side panel and copy your personal link or code.

Why did I not receive a referral bonus after my friend registered?

Registration alone does not trigger a referral bonus. Two conditions must be met: the invited friend must complete KYC verification, and they must invest in a project that subsequently reaches Funded status within the 90-day window. If either condition is not met — for example, the friend registered but did not invest, or their project was funded after day 90 — the bonus is not credited. You can track the status of each referral in the Referrals section of your dashboard: the platform shows Referrals registered and Referrals invested as separate counters.
