What to do if the smart contract transaction does not process?

If a transaction appears stuck or failed on the Base  network, check the transaction status on basescan.org using your wallet address before contacting support. Most issues resolve within a few minutes. If the transaction shows as failed on-chain, contact support with the transaction hash (Tx ID) — this allows the team to investigate directly.
