What happens if all borrowers default on payments at the same time?

We realize that in a situation where all borrowers default on payments simultaneously, we won't be able to provide refunds to all participating investors within a short period. In case of numerous defaulted projects, refunds will be paid to investors as soon as the borrower's debts are collected through legal proceedings, forced sale of the project's assets, and additional collaterals/guarantees along with the platform's Provision fund being sufficient to serve the total debt of defaulted borrowers.

However, considering our strict project selection policy, we consider the risk of such a situation insignificant.

Firstly, all accumulated funds from the Provision fund should be used to pay out interest on investments of projects/borrowers experiencing temporary difficulties in their repayment schedules.
