How are Returns Divided Between the Seller and the Buyer?

Last Update il y a un mois

Returns are divided based on the actual investment duration. The seller receives all interest payments made before the sale, while the buyer gets all interest payments after purchasing the claim. The seller is not allowed to set a selling price higher than the initial investment price. If the buyer purchases a loan in debt, they assume all claims and potential proceeds. Once sold, the seller has no further claims.
