If you had a certain loyalty level at the time of selling your investments, and the minimum amount required to maintain that level is not met, your loyalty level may be downgraded or revoked. Conversely, when purchasing investments on the Secondary Market, the amount will be considered for calculating your loyalty level.
Example of How the Secondary Market Transaction Affects Loyalty Program
For example, if your total investment amount is €15,000 and your loyalty level is Beta Plus (1%), and you sell an investment worth €11,000 on the Secondary Market, your loyalty level will drop to Beta (0.5%). The same rule applies in the reverse situation.
