Maclear vouchers explained: what they are, how they work, and how to apply them

A Maclear voucher is a promotional code created and distributed by the Maclear marketing team. It grants an addition to the APR on a specific investment. Vouchers are issued for specific campaigns and shared directly with investors. Each investor can use a given voucher code only once; the same code may be distributed to multiple investors.

What a voucher gives you

A voucher adds a percentage to the APR of the investment to which it is applied — for example, +1.5% to the base project rate. The amount of the addition depends on the specific campaign and is communicated at the time of distribution. Vouchers are customizable and can be deactivated at any time if a campaign ends or changes.

How to apply a voucher

The voucher code is entered directly on the project page at the moment of investing:

— Open the project card and enter your investment amount. — Scroll down to the Promocode field below the Invest now button. 

— Enter your voucher code and click Apply.

Each investor can apply a given code only once.

Secondary Market restriction

Investments made with a voucher code applied cannot be listed on the Secondary Market. This restriction applies to the specific investment — your other investments in the same project are not affected.
